Full stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Tech Team in Bhopal.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining complete web applications across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and production environments.

Strong experience with React and JavaScript is required. The candidate should be comfortable building responsive user interfaces, reusable components, integrating REST APIs, handling application state, and working with modern frontend development practices.

The candidate should also have practical backend development experience, including building and consuming APIs, implementing server-side business logic, authentication and authorization, database integration, error handling, and application security.

Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services is required. The candidate should understand how to deploy and operate applications in cloud environments, configure services, manage environments, troubleshoot production issues, and monitor application health.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated builds, testing, deployment, and basic DevOps practices is expected.

Experience with Angular is preferred and will be considered an advantage, particularly for candidates who have worked with multiple frontend frameworks.

The role involves working across the complete application lifecycle, including requirement understanding, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, debugging, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bhopal for a developer with approximately 1 to 2 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications from frontend through backend and database layers.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable React components.
• Implement application functionality based on business and technical requirements.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services.
• Implement server-side business logic and application workflows.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and appropriate security controls.
• Design and maintain database structures and queries.
• Integrate backend services with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Develop reliable API endpoints with proper error handling and validation.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Use Git for source-code management and follow established branching and review practices.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests where applicable.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Deploy frontend applications to AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Deploy backend applications and APIs to AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Configure cloud environments, application settings, environment variables, and required services.
• Work with AWS services required for application hosting, storage, databases, networking, monitoring, and deployment.
• Work with Azure services required for application hosting, storage, databases, networking, monitoring, and deployment.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor deployed applications and investigate production issues.
• Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, database, cloud, and deployment layers.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resource usage.
• Manage application configuration across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Support production releases, deployments, rollback procedures, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and other technical team members.
• Understand technical requirements and convert them into working solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, deployment processes, and configurations.
• Contribute to improving development, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Learn and contribute to Angular-based applications when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+.
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.
• Experience developing reusable React components.
• Good understanding of React Hooks, props, state, and component-based architecture.
• Experience integrating REST APIs with frontend applications.
• Experience developing backend APIs and server-side applications.
• Experience implementing business logic on the backend.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of database design, queries, relationships, and data management.
• Experience with API error handling, validation, logging, and security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience deploying frontend applications to cloud environments.
• Experience deploying backend applications and APIs to cloud environments.
• Understanding of cloud-based application architecture.
