Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associate – Inside Sales to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers (leads provided by the company) and explaining our Health & Nutrition-Products/ Services in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers from the leads provided by the company and introduce them to our product/ services range.
- Understand customer needs, symptoms, and concerns to recommend appropriate products.
- Clearly explain product/Services benefits, usage, pricing, and unique value propositions.
- Maintain a high level of product/ service knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
- Follow a consultative sales approach while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion rate benchmarks.
- Update CRM with accurate call details, customer feedback, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the support and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support repeat purchases.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales (experience in healthcare/wellness/homeopathy preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
