Job Role / Work Profile
• Overall operation and management of the CBG plant.
• Monitor biogas production, plant efficiency, and daily performance.
• Plan feedstock supply (cow dung, napier grass, etc.).
• Supervise digester operation, purification system, and bottling section.
• Manage plant manpower and shift schedules.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
• Review daily plant operation reports and production data.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and troubleshooting.
