WordPress Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).

Location: Bhopal M.P.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance WordPress websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Implement and manage WordPress security measures to protect sites from security breaches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing websites.
• Manage all technical aspects of the CMS, ensuring the high availability and performance of WordPress sites.
• Conduct website performance tests and monitor site analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL for back-end development.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Yoast SEO.
• Ability to work with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
• Experience in building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Strong understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce integrations.
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party services.
• Understanding of basic search engine optimization (SEO).
• Knowledge of other content management systems (e.g., Drupal, Joomla) is a plus.
