Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our OTC product range. The role involves managing field sales activities, achieving monthly primary & secondary sales targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company’s OTC products in the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.

Visit distributors, retailers, and chemists to ensure product availability and visibility.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer/dealer network.

Ensure proper product placement, branding, and merchandising at retail counters.

Track competitor activities and share insights with the management team.

Provide product knowledge and training to channel partners as required.

Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.

Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools.

Participate in promotional activities, camps, and field marketing drives.

Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate (preferred: B.Pharm, BBA, or related field).

1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Pharma/Ayurvedic sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage field operations.

Good market understanding and problem-solving ability.
-
Owning a two-wheeler is preferred for field mobility.
