Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Support Executive who can provide technical assistance to
customers, resolve basic technical issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience through
calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp support.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer queries related to technical issues via calls, WhatsApp, email, or chat
● Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software, website, or system-related problems
● Guide customers step-by-step to resolve issues in a clear and simple manner
● Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the technical team when required
● Maintain proper records of customer complaints and resolutions
● Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction
Required Skills
● Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and software usage
● Good communication skills in Hindi & English
● Strong problem-solving mindset
● Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, non-technical way
● Basic understanding of WordPress / websites / applications is an added advantage
Qualifications
● Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Computer
Applications, or equivalent)
● Graduation must be related to the technical support role
