Sales Representative – OTC Products

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our OTC product range. The role involves managing field sales activities, achieving monthly primary & secondary sales targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and distributors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s OTC products in the assigned territory.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.

  • Visit distributors, retailers, and chemists to ensure product availability and visibility.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer/dealer network.

  • Ensure proper product placement, branding, and merchandising at retail counters.

  • Track competitor activities and share insights with the management team.

  • Provide product knowledge and training to channel partners as required.

  • Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.

  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools.

  • Participate in promotional activities, camps, and field marketing drives.

  • Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate (preferred: B.Pharm, BBA, or related field).

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Pharma/Ayurvedic sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations.

  • Good market understanding and problem-solving ability.

  • Owning a two-wheeler is preferred for field mobility.
